• House Exterior:

  • Check for any visual damage

  • Check windows, screens and doors for any damage or signs of intrusion

  • Check exterior walls and trim for visible signs of maintenance issues

  • Check for possible damage to landscaping

  • Check pavers/tiles for excessive mildew or sinking tiles/pavers

  • Check lanai cage and screens for any rips or damage

  • Check lights on Generators that have them

  • Check lanai refrigerator & faucets

  • Turn on/off main water valve (optional)​​

  • Check Mailbox (optional)​

• Pool:

  • Make sure there are no leaks at the pool pump​

  • Check pool pump breakers – reset breakers if tripped

  • Saltwater pools – check saltwater generator at pool pump (RED= Low, GREEN=good)

  • Check cleanliness of pool and water level​

  • Fill pool if low (optional) 

  • Run pool spa/heater/jets the duration of our visit (optional)

• Garage:

  • Open and close garage doors​

  • Check Garage Breakers – if any are tripped reset them

  • Check for water leaks on the garage ceiling & walls

  • Check garage Minisplit for water leaks & confirm temperature

  • Cars with trickle chargers – confirm green light is on

  • Run car(s) the duration of visit (optional)​

 

• House Interior:

  • Visually check the overall condition of the home

  • Visually check for water leaks: ceilings, windows, and doors 

  • Check windows for signs of moisture and verify they are locked

  • Flush all toilets and run faucets

  • Clean toilet bowls if a ring starts to show

  • Run Garbage Disposal ​

  • Visually inspect dishwasher, washer, and dryer

  • Check refrigerator and freezer – adjust settings accordingly

  • Check thermostat(s)​

  • Exercise Hurricane shades (optional)

  • Replace Damp Rids (optional)
